The control damper made by Airmake Cooling System has been designed to ensure proper regulation of air.Ideal for Diffusers etc.They are designed with nylon bushes for efficient, smooth and quiet operation and to avoid ratting noise.Opening mechanism like screw, cam or handle type are available. Standard sizes are available.However specific sizes can also be provided by us per customers applications.
The Volume Control Damper has frames and blades constructed from high quality extruded aluminum sections. The frames are screw fixed and sealed to eradicate casting leakages. It's computerized feed forward controller for a DX air conditioning plant has been developed to avoid the use of problematic measurement of air conditions immediately downstream of a cooling coil for control action. Its experimental tests on the controllability of the controller confirmed that both control accuracy and sensitivity could be achieved.
