Valve Assembly being a vital part of the compressor, strenuous efforts are made to perfect it in all its facets. With the experience of more than 30 years, our technocrats have made stupendous efforts for manufacturing of the perfect valves. From selection of the appropriate raw material to the final Leak Check, all quality parameters are followed for manufacturing these Valves by our skilled workmen. The final testing of a Valve is done on SEAL CHECK. SEAL CHECK is an Air leakage testing equipment specially designed by us for compressor Valves leak check for assuring a perfect working of a Valve in the compressor. Manufacturing of Valve Seats, Guards, Studs is done on CNC Turning Centers and CNC Machining Centers imported from USA, and Valve Plates, Spring Plates, Damper Plates are manufactured using Laser cutting machine and in-house heat treatment facility. AIRPACK also has capabilities for reverse engineering. For NEW Valves designs, we have support of highly skilled and experienced professionals having vast experience of designing Valves for compressors.
