Pleated dust collection cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media with different coatings on it, as perrequirement of applications.Manufacturer of dust collectors originally designed to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment; where as pleated bags can be used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without modifications. This polyester media is made of high tenacity filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attach & structurally durable. This unique & hard finished material provides features of good pleat ability, high durability, and unique structure of very fine filament

Airtech Filters brings forth Hepa Filters which stands up in all international standards. These Hepa filter are manufactured in cleanroom to ensure consistent and predictable quality of air filtration. These filters are manufactured in multiple fold media spaced by hemmed edges of aluminium separators and packed specially designed frames to provide rigidity and uniform air flow. We use aluminium, S.S and G.I to make the body of Hepa filter according to customers requirement. It is used in biomedical purpose, nuclear industry, vacuum cleaners, aerospace, pharmaceutical processing, hospitals, health care, nuclear fuels, nuclear power, and electronic micro circuitry (computer chips).
