Algal cultures: we provide following axenic culture with high productivity. 1. spirulina(platensis, lonar, maxima species). Maintained in zarrouk’s modified medium and adapted to organic medium before mass cultivation. Provide 70-75% protein content with high phycocyanin content. The cultures are maintaining in the room temperature of 20°c with the light source of cool-white fluorescent lamps with the light intensity of 3200 lux (maximum). The periodicity of light is 12/12 h l/d. Cultures are available in 50ml, 100ml and 1litre volume. 2. chlorella vulgaris. Maintained in bbm and adapted to organic medium for mass cultivation. The culture contains 25-30% lipid content. The cultures are maintaining in the room temperature of 20°c with the light source of cool-white fluorescent lamps with the light intensity of 3200 lux (maximum). The periodicity of light is 12/12 h l/d. Culture available in 50ml, 100ml and 1litre volume. 3. oscillatoria annae. Maintained in bg11 medium and adapted to organic medium for mass cultivation. The cultures are maintaining in the room temperature of 20°c with the light source of cool-white fluorescent lamps with the light intensity of 3200 lux (maximum). The periodicity of light is 12/12 h l/d. Culture available in 50ml, 100ml and 1litre volume. 4. scenedesmus species. Maintained in bbm and adapted to organic medium for mass cultivation. Azolla contains cyanobacterium, anabaena azollae, in its leaf cavity and fix atmospheric nitrogen. It is used as biofertilizer and also herbal medicine compound extracted from it.
