FUMEX range of Fume Extraction Equipments & Systems are ideal for Continuous Heavy duty Fume Extraction applications namely :

Designed & Engineered specifically to ENSURE HEALTHY WORKING ATMOSPHERE, System offers not only important cost savings, but also create safer and healthier working environment.

SALIENT FEATURES :
  • Vacuum Producer is with either Turbine blower or Centrifugal blower ensure powerful capturing of fumes.
  • The super duty vacuum blower directly mounted to TEFC induction motor assembly has no V Belts, hence no power transmission loss, and are designed to run with low maintenance
  • Unit runs at lower rpm compared to multi stage blowers & other vacuum producers hence very low wear & tear.
  • Unit is continuously rated, compact, portable, user friendly and rugged
  • Two designs to choose from : a. For Extraction at source. b. For extraction from Distance in particular for general purpose welding generating large clouds of welding smoke which requires high airflow volume
  • The unit is equipped with suitable filter depending upon the application needs Ensure low operating cost through the use of cleanable long life filters
  • Easy to handle Collection container and other fabrication structure in M.S. P.C
  • Unit equipped with telescopic articulating arm ensure the collection hood to be moved closer top the work place
  • Different types of collection hoods demanding application needs
OPTIONAL:
  • Higher capacity units can be supplied.
  • Pulse jet filter cleaning mechanism can be supplied.
  • Activated carbon odour filter can be supplied.
