We use raw material of Nitro Alloy Steels like 41 B and 41Cr Al M07 etc. are used for Twin Conical Screws with or without bimetallic coatings on the flights. Special surface treatment like hard nickel or hard chrome plating depending. on the material to be processed can be used on most of these Nitro Alloy Materials as per clients requirements.

We manufacture twin screw of any length or diameter. In addition different types of bimetallic coatings can be incorporated on flights depending on the process application. We also manufacture as per clients specification & drawings for Pipe Plant, Sheet Plant or Compounding line. We already design Twin Parallel Screw for PP & HDPE material sheets.
