It uses heat sealable laminated film in roll form for packaging purpose. The 3 phase 415 volt motor gives it enough power for fast sealing.

We bring forth Multihead Weighing Machine which automatically forms a pouch, fills it with a product, seals and then separates pouch. The Multihead Weighing Machine that we offer is suitable for packing Snack Foods, Dry fruit etc. The machine can work in sync with any multi food weighing system for packing the products in centre sealed pouches. Our Multihead Weighing Machine uses a single roll of packing film and fitted with Collar Type Former Pipe unit for converting flat packing film into vertically sealed tube. This is converted into the filled & sealed pouches. The horizontal sealers act like opening & closing jaws of the machine. This machine requires supply of compressed air. Details
