Working Principle



  • Input dynamic by motor, the pulley drives eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move upwards and downwards with SPC belt. Working Principle

Working Principle



  • European Type Impact Crusher is a kind of crusher which crush the raw material by using impact energy. Working Principle



  • Input dynamic by motor, the pulley drives eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move upwards and downwards with SPC belt. Working Principle

Working Principle



  • European Type Impact Crusher is a kind of crusher which crush the raw material by using impact energy. When enter the zone of the board hammer, the raw material is crushed by the high-speed impact of it. And then the raw material is threw up to the impact device installed on the rotor and is crushed again. Then the raw material is crushed for another time when it is rebounded from impact liner to the zone of board hammer. The process repeats until the raw material is crushed into the desired size and discharges from the bottom of the machine. The final product size and shape can be changed by adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor frame. European Type Impact Crusher adopts spring safety device behind the impact liner. When the non-crushed items enter the crusher chamber, the impact frame front and back will be draw back and the non-crushed items will be discharged from machine.

  • Working Principle

  • HJ series high efficiency jaw crusher is composed by the parts of frame, rotor, insurance device and adjusting device of discharging opening. And the supporting parts are lubrication system, and adjusting system. Motor drives the wheel by triangular belt, and then drives eccentric shaft to move the moving jaw, when moving jaw moves moving jaw plate to fixed jaw plate, the materials are crushed or chopped. When moving jaw plate that is driven by moving jaw keeps away from fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharging opening, which is under the jaw plate. Along with the continuous rotation of motor, the crusher crushes and discharges periodically.

  • Working Principle

  • The motor drives the main shaft to make the impeller to rotate at a high speed. The material which entered impeller will speed up and ejected to crushing chamber, and then impact with the material liner that shaped in crushing chamber. In this process, to make the kinetic energy got from speeding up transform to energy need for crushing and shaping. The material will recycle for many times in the crushing chamber. After many times crushing and shaping, by the function of around gas eddy, to achieve constantly crushing and shaping. The final products are discharged from bottom outlet of machine body. This crushing method is crushing between materials, and it is used for material shaping. Besides, this machine also has another crushing method crushing between material and liner. To compare with crushing between materials, the difference is: After material ejected from impeller, the material will impact with liner installed in crushing chamber. After impacting, the material will discharge from bottom outlet of machine body directly, and it does not recycle many times in crushing chamber.
