HYTAK series of lubricants are heavy, viscous, black petroleum products for the lubrication of open gears, chains and wire ropes. They all have a pronounced stringiness and excellent film strength to withstand high pressures encountered at the meshing tooth surfaces of heavily loaded open gears. They also possess good rust preventive properties and have ability to stay in place and provide long-lasting protection to wire ropes and open gears.

Application

Product can be applied by swabbing, drip lubrication, continuous bath, high pressure autolubrication. Suitable for lubrication of wire ropes in cranes, draglines, overhead trolleys, pulleymechanisms, lifts.

HP METWIRE NB is produced from the highest quality petroleum fractions and is a non-bituminousbase wire rope lubricant. In addition to having excellent lubricating properties, they contain selectedadditives to obtain sufficient chemical resistance; water displacing properties; excellent rustprevention, oxidation stability and penetration. The high polarity of both products enables them tocreep and wet the metal surface forming an adhesive and protective film.
