Construction
The unit consists of Bowl SS Cylindrical bowl with Torispherical dished bottom with inside surface polished to smooth finish. MS Jacket on cylindrical and Torispherical area to operated on 3 Kg / cm sq. Steam pressure Complete with steam inlet and cold water inlet and outlet connections with standard fitting like pressure gauge, vent cock, release valve and drain. Bowl also suitable for vacuum application and fitted with 3 nos. of castor wheel, two fixed and one swivel type. Suitable locking lugs for fixing bowl to the machine.

• Horse shoe base with suitable gun metal bush housing for 3nos chrome plated guide bars with suitable retaining plate and supports.
• Hydraulic Power pack assembly complete with MS. Tank, suitable HP pump with filter connected to suitable solenoid valve arrangement with control and check valve for preventing dropage of pressurized fluid.

We are offering steam jacketed kettle. Starch paste kettle will be made out of s.s. 304 rectangular pipes and will be an independent resting type frame work where no foundation will be required. The kettle will be a hemispherical type bowl with either steam oil water heating jacket will be provided. The kettle will be manufactured from 2.5 mm thick s.s. 304 sheet and the jacket will be of 2.5 mm mild steel (in case of steam jacket the thickness will be 4 mm) there will be oil water heated fitted at the back bottom side of the kettle. The kettle will be having a worm type arrangement for tilting.

a temperature controller & a temp indicator will be provided for temp control & indication. The kettle will be insulated with 50 mm thick glass wool insulation & claded with 16 swg s.s. 304 sheet. Starch paste kettle will be buffed to 150 grit matt finishes externally and internally the kettle will be buffed to 220 grit mirror finish

Description
Inspection table is equipment consisting of three-track conveyor with dividing a hood and lighting arrangement with visual inspection background of alternate black and white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S.S. square pipe and supported on adjustable bolts.

Operation
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts and further on the side tables for operator sitting on either side of the table. The operator sin turn pick up the bottles and visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white and black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed and breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track.
