At Alder, we endeavour to uphold high-quality standards at every step-right from infrastructure, procurement of raw materials, manufacturing practices, to marketing and after-sales services.
We work hard to stay true to our motto of 'Quality Prime'. With our strong manufacturing and new designing ideas, we take pride in being successful in the Indian market. State-of-the-art computerized machinery is employed at our facilities, like CNCs (computer numeric control machinery), Panel Sawing Machines, fully automated boring machines, among others) along with a dedicated and motivated workforce which includes highly-skilled workers, managers, and managing directors.
Alder's manufacturing and servicing facilities are situated in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi, with a capacity of producing over 15,000 furniture units in a month. Alder's products are created in such a way that they are re-polishable and have a two-year (minimum) warranty for free replacement of furniture parts that may have a manufacturing defect (refer to Alder warranty certificate).
We promote a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) approach for customers who like experimenting and building things on their own. Otherwise, a professional fitter is deployed from the Channel Partner end when a customer buys an Alder product - which is then assembled free of cost at the cust
