Specifications: The CFM, continuous feed, medium frequency billet heater is used for heating of ferromagnetic and austenitic quality steel billets to the forging temperature of 1200-1250°C. They are also used for heating of non ferrous metals like copper and its alloys like brass, bronze billets. The billets to be heated are cold sheared, broken or sawn. They are then fed to the heater by positive grip conveyor system or by pusher mechanics.
