We offer organically grown Cocoa Beans from our farm located in Pollachi, Tamilnadu, India. The cocoa bean, also cacao bean, is the dried and fully fermented fatty bean of Theobroma cacao, from which cocoa solids and cocoa butter are extracted. They are the basis of chocolate, as well as many Mesoamerican foods such as mole sauce and tejate. A cocoa pod (fruit) has a rough and leathery rind enclosing 30 to 50 large seeds that are fairly soft and white to a pale lavender color. While seeds are usually white, they become violet or reddish brown during the drying process.

In our Organic Farm located in Pollachi, we cultivate coconuts. We are certified Organic Coconut growers; we have been in Organic farming for the last 2 decades. We supply fresh coconuts from our farm.

We procure and market fresh Amla from our leased farms in and around Pollachi, Tamilnadu. Amla or Gooseberry is a vibrant green colour fruit recognized by its succulent, sour and bitter taste. It is often consumed raw or used as an ingredient in various pickles, juices and sweets.

Amla is a low calorie fruit. It provides only 60 calories for 100 grams of its intake. Amla contains mostly water which constitutes 80% of it. It is a rich source of carbohydrates and dietary fibre. It is one of the major providers of Vitamin-C and contains minerals like calcium, phosphorous and iron. Amla is also a rich source of antioxidants.

We grow Certified Organic Black pepper in our own Farm, black pepper is native to south India and is extensively cultivated in our part of the country.

Once the peppercorns are dried, pepper spirit & oil can be extracted from the berries by crushing them. Pepper spirit is used in many medicinal and beauty products. Pepper oil is also used as a ayurvedic massage oil and used in certain beauty and herbal treatments

We make Organic bathing soap at our Organic farm (Santhosh Farms) in pollachi. The soap is made with Organic Coconut Oil as a base and packed in eco friendly packs. Keep your skin free from chemicals and there by having a natural glow and spotless complexion.The soaps come in Oval and Rectangle shapes.

Coir Pots are 100% eco-friendly and transforms into organic matter on decomposing. We supply Coir Pots Baskets in various sizes according to customer needs and requirements.

Two Ply Coir Yarn is manufactured using high quality coconut fiber. Extracted from coconut husk by soaking in lagoons, these Two Ply Coir Yarns are then spun into yarns with the help of traditional ratts and fully automatic spinning machines. These bio-degraable natural brown colored fibres are appreciated for their durability, easy maintenance, long functional life and water resistance.

Coir mulch mat is also called Coir weed controller mat, coir disc and Tree mat. It is made from 2 to 6 mm thick rubberized coir sheet and used for protecting the plant from evaporation. The fibre disc helps suppress the weeds, lower water loss from the soil surface and slow up slugs and snails. Also used as weed cover around the bottom of plant preventing direct sunlight thus avoids the growth of weed under the disc. Come in various sizes according to the requirements of the customers.

Coconut blend bricks are a primarily a blend of coco husk chips & coco peat. Coconut blend bricks are easy to water and break down slower than bark, remaining open and airy longer, the added coco peat helps improve soil nutrition and water retention capacity. We manufacture as per customer requirement, the brick comes in brick size of 4.5kg.

Copra is the dried meat, or kernel, of the coconut used to extract coconut oil. Two types of copra namely milling and edible are made in India. Milling copra is used to extract oil while edible grade of copra is consumed as a dry fruit and used for religious purposes.

This type unit gives a high production in the coir industry. The husks are beaten down to husk pieces and fibre is extracted from the husk pieces using beating principle. This is the machine which people are very much interested due to low maintenance.
