Compressor Piston Rod: Different sizes and models of compressor piston rod & oil scrapper ring are offered by us. Having good tensile strength.

The rear cover of the Magnum casing and the stuffing box chamber are both integrated into a single unit, the stuffing box cover. This cover is bolted to the frame with one bolt, and can be easily replaced. The deep stuffing box accommodates five standard rings of packing and a Lantern Ring. The packing gland is split and can be completely removed for easy repacking. The stuffing box has a tapped opening to the Lantern Ring for internal flushing if desired. The stuffing box is completely machined for mechanical seal installation, either originally or as a field conversion. Outside, inside, double or balanced seals can be furnished to meet specific requirements.

These forged blocks are fabricated using finest grade materials like carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, which are procured from the reliable sources. These blocks are known amidst our clients for their accurate dimension and excellent durability.

Available with us, is a wide range of gear boxes & gear couplings that finds extensive application in the automotive industry. Our gear boxes are made of forged, hardened and tempered alloy steel that is caged in a steel housing for usage in driving of roughing & intermediate mill trains. Suitable for bearing overloads resulting from the flywheel fitted on the input shaft, these gear boxes are provided with pinion stands of 2Hi and 3Hi configurations. The pinions of these gear boxes & gear couplings are caged in a sturdy housing made of hardened & tempered alloy steel that are suitable for bearing loads of rolling.

These are used for positioning the insert bearing, as well as to support loads transferred from the shaft through the bearing. Manufactured using quality material, these precision engineered housings are resistant to both corrosion & abrasion and has durable and robust construction
