In these, in-house plants, Nitrogen gas is produced from atmospheric air and separated by PSA Technology.From this gas plant Nitrogen can be produced with 99.9% to 99.9999% Purity and Dryness (Dew point) of gas with (-) 40C to (-) 80C.The Gas generation cost is very low including all utilities like, power, cooling water etc.Suitable for Synthetic Fiber Industries, Gas, Petrogas, Soft Ferrite, Fertilizer, Pharmaceuticals, Heat Treatment Furnaces, Electronic, Food Industries and Coal mines for controlling fire.

PSA Oxygen Gas Plant
  • Capacity 1 to 200 NM³/HR.
Skid mounted units are available for in-house generation with 93% Oxygen purity. Raw material of production is atmospheric air and separation by Zeolite Molecular Sieves, From this gas plant Oxygen can be produced with 93.0% purity and Dryness (Dew point) of gas with (-) 60C.The Oxygen Gas is very useful for Welding, Medical Oxygen, Glass Melting Shaping Brazing, Ozone Plant, Fish farming , Pulp & Paper, Gas Oxidation, Battery Manufacturing, Steel Plant and furnace Enrichment etc.
