A pressure vessel is a closed, rigid, container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure different from the ambient pressure.

In the industrial sector, pressure vessels are designed to operate safely at a specific pressure and temperature, technically referred to as the "Design Pressure" and "Design Temperature". A vessel that is inadequately designed to handle a high pressure constitutes a very significant safety hazard. Ammonia Cracker Unit



Cracking of Ammonia by heating (Electrically or Fuel Fired) upto 850 C to 900C temperature in presence of Nickel Catalyst. This unit produce a mixture of 75% H2 and 25% N2. One Kg. Ammonia produces 2.63 NM/HR Cracked Ammonia mixture.

Capacity:
This fully automatic unit in capacities available from 1 to 200NM/HR with Dew Point From (-) 30C to (-) 80C.

Applications:
This Gas is commonly used as hydrogen in Brazing / Sintering / Annealing furnace.
