Rubber And Teflon Hoses

All hoses are manufactured to International Standards viz: DIN, SAE and BSS. The hoses and end fittings are manufactured under strict quality control procedures and marketed only after they withstand the various tests.

The main parts of the rubber hoses consist of :

	BUNA-N, black oil resistant synthetic rubber tubing, which forms the basis of all rubber hoses.
	REINFORCEMENT : It is needed to provide lateral and longitudinal strength. High tensile steel or rayon braidings are used for this purpose.
	COVER : An oil, weather and wear resistant outer synthetic rubber layer is generally used for this purpose.

Teflon Hoses

Teflon hoses are uniform in wall thickness and are supplied with stainless steel braiding over the tubings.
