Jumbo Bag Filling Machine is used for dust free and efficient filling of big bags and FIBC’s, Suitable for all kinds of bulk solids with various dosing feeders according to the characteristics of the product. This jumbo bag packing machines applies to wood pellets, palm EFB pellets, sugarcane bagasse pellets, mineral products, chemistry, building materials, food and feed industry, etc.
The Jumbo Bag Filling Machine typically consists of a bag frame to hold the bag, product flow control valve or gate and an integral weigh scale system with controls. The Jumbo Bag Filling process involves an operator hanging the bag from the filler frame and attaching the fill spout or neck of the bulk bag to the filler. Once the bag is filled to the required weight, the flow of product into the bag is shut off and the filled bag is ready to be removed from the filler machine.
