Precision round bars are solid bars having a circular or round cross-section. They are largely manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, case hardening steel, and alloy. These bars are produced by using hot/cold rolling methods and are offered in a variety of sizes.
Custom-made Cold Rolled Precision Stainless Steel Bars is made by Ambica Steels premium product lines. They are the result of our ultra-modern machines and equipment placed in the state of the art facilities based in and around Indias capital New Delhi.
For more than 45 years, Ambica Steels has considered as one of the pioneer manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of super finished precision round bars in India and abroad. Since 1970s, we have established ourselves as a niche exporter of premium quality stainless steel products to countries like Germany, Poland, UK, Italy, USA, Mexico, and many more.
The Testing and Ultrasonic Inspection techniques followed at facilities ensure that the cold rolled precision stainless steel bars are free from any faults and internal defects. Our team of expert engineers employs special finishing machines to refine the stainless steel bars and make sure that their surface roughness and size tolerance are attained as desired by the clients.
Ultrasonic Inspection & Eddie Current Testing ensures that the bars are free from any internal defects. The bars are then finished using the specially designed finishing machines which ensure that the size tolerances (including the out of roundness) and surface roughness are achieved as desired.

Drawing is a metal working process in which metal is drawn through a die to reduce its diameter and increase its length, it stretches thinner, into a desired shape and thickness. It uses tensile forces to stretch metal.
Drawing is usually done at room temperature, thus classified as a cold working process. It also alters the mechanical properties of the metal.
Cold drawn cross-sections are more precise and have a better surface finish than hot extruded parts. The cold drawing process for steel bars and wire-
Ambica Steels Hot rolled steel bars are a perfect solution for all forging applications like close die forging and open die forging. Ambica Steels is manufacturing and exporting Hot Rolled Steel Bar and Carbon Steel Hot Rolled Bars of multiple grade and sizes. Our Hot Rolled Steel Bar and Carbon Steel Hot Rolled Bars can be used for a number of structural applications and industries. Our Hot Rolled Steel Bar and Carbon Steel Hot Rolled Bar size ranges from 16mm to 125mm. We are exporting this to Germany, Italy, Poland, UK and other European countries from India at economical prices. Our hot rolled bars are flat, round, square and hex shapes
HEAT-TREATABLE HOT ROLLED STEEL BARS QUALITY BEYOND EXCELLENCE!
Our hot rolled steel bar is produced by using the hot rolling method, wherein the steel is processed at an extremely high temperature (far beyond the re-crystallization temperature of the crude material). These steel bars are produced and maneuvered in various diameters by altering the degree of temperature of the metal.
Ambica Steels offer a choice of heat-treatable hot rolled steel bars. We employ a highly robust production process to manufacture consistent products with unique chemical composition. Our hot rolled steel bars are considered as a perfect solution for a range of forging applications, including open die forging, and closed die forging.
Our employees manufacture wear-resistant hot rolled steel bars in multiple grades, shapes, and sizes (from flat, square, round to hex shapes) to meet the specific requirements of our global clients. We export high-grade Carbon Steel Hot Rolled Bars and Hot Rolled Steel Bar products (which are capable of bearing extreme stress) for clients located in diverse countries like Poland, Germany, UK, Italy, and various other European nations at economical prices.

Continuous Casting is the process whereby molten steel is solidified into a semi-finished billet, bloom, or slab for subsequent rolling in the finishing mills. Prior to the introduction of Continuous Casting in the 1950s, steel was poured into stationary molds to form ingots. Since then, continuous casting has evolved to achieve improved yield, quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
