Rockers Arms

Ameera Exports is the leading manufacturer of Rockers Arms for Most of the Automotive Applications. The Rockers Arms are manufacture from Investment castings , Forging , Spheriodical Graphite Ductile Casting ( S G IRON CASTING ) , High 30 Graded Casting , Aluminum Forgings. The Bushing of the Rocker Arms are made from High Graded Brass.

Push rods are made from various material Forged.Steel rod.Aluminum.Tubes. For competitors required to run mechanical fuel pumps. Push rods are inlaid at each end with the same diamond hard material used successfully for lifters. They will not wear the cam or the rod. Our push rods for lifting the valves are made of .080 wall molly steel and are swaged at both ends for a precision fit into the rocker and lifters.

Valve Seat

Ameera Exports is the leading manufacturer of Cast Valve Seat Inserts. While studying Valve Seat Inserts technically and mechanically we understand the aspects of Service Life of inserts. Working closely with our customers it is our duty to suggest which type of alloys is to be used in manufacturing of Valve Seat Inserts so as to ensure the durability and cost effectiveness of the valve seat inserts. Ameera Exports, is equipped with full in house capability of Mixing of Alloys, Casting, Spectrometer for Evaluation of Material and Degree Machine to attain the maximum accuracy in the degree of the Valve Seat Inserts.

The Inspection and Quality maintenance program of Valve Seat Inserts

O.D. Roundness The roundness of the outside diameter should be held to 0.013mm maximum
O. D. to Bottom Face PerpendicularityThis specification should be held to 0.002mm per mm of width.
Seat Surface Gauge HeightThe gauge height tolerance for the seat surface is typically 0.04mm.
Seat Surface FinishA finish specification of 0.8 Ra is typical of many manufacturers.
Seat Surface Run-out to Bottom Face and O DRun-out of the seat to bottom face/O D is maintained to 0.04mm maximum.
Seat Surface AngleThe tolerance for seat surface angle is typically 0.25. The exact interference angle must also be used and not the nominal seat angle most near net shaped VSIs have.
Line Profile for Seat SurfaceSome manufacturers have a line profile (or roundness) specification for the seat surface. This specification is the most critical in ensuring a good seal between the valve and VSI. A typical specification for this feature is 0.02mm.
.
Some design considerations for the counter bore are as follows:
RoundnessA maximum counter bore roundness specification must be given. A typical specification is 0.013 mm. Any out-of-roundness on the counter bore can be transmitted to the valve seat surface.
Counter bore to Valve Guide PerpendicularityThe counter bore must be perpendicular with the valve guide. The specification of .002mm per mm should work well. These tolerances are intended as general guidelines. There are designs in existence that have tighter tolerance schemes and some with looser tolerance schemes.
