We offer Jib Cranes.Jib-cranes are available in a wide range of standard formats in capacities from 125kg to 6300kg. Larger specially designed options are available on request. We offer two formats of jib-crane, the pillar or post-mounted jib and the wall or column mounted. Each of these may be equipped with chain hoists or wire rope hoists with the additional options of electric travel and electric slewing gear. The jib arm may be under or over braced to maximise height of lift or travel. Post-mounted jibs can be constructed to provide a slewing angle 360. Fixed jibs and monorail solutions may be appropriate for other applications. Capacity ranges from 0.1 to 2 tonnes 2 to 5 tonnes Industrial Applications: These type of cranes are mostly used in Marine industries.

Underslung-Cranes are the ideal solution when supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not an option. We offer single span and multi-span options. As underslung-Cranes are supported from the roof structure, minimised loadings are usually a requirement.
Amsak-Cranes manufacture a standard range of single girder underslung cranes in capacities up to 12.5 tonnes. Larger capacities are available upon request but roof loads may be a limiting factor. Multi-span cranes are available with overall bridge lengths greater than 100 metres.

Industrial Applications of Underslung Cranes:

We are offering double girder eot cranes.Double girder cranes give a better height of lift in a given headroom as the hook travels between the beams. They are available in higher capacities than single girder and for heavy duty applications they can be supplied with open winch hoists. Normally double girder cranes have 25 tonnes capacity and also in higher capacities. Rubber tyre gantry cranes are essential for moving Steel Coils / Containers from berths throughout the rest of the yard. For this task they come in large sizes, that are used for moving to straddle multiple lanes of rail, road, or container storage. They also are capable of lifting fully loaded containers to great heights. Rubber tyre gantry cranes come in the form of straddle carriers which are used when moving individual containers or vertical stacks of containers.

Portable gantry crane systems, such as rubber tyre gantry cranes, are in high demand in terminals and ports restricted in size and reliant on maximising vertical space and not needing to haul containers long distances. This is due to the relatively slow speed yet high reach of rubber tyre gantry cranes when compared to other forms of container terminal equipment.

We offer Goliath Cranes.Goliath-cranes is available in both single and double girder format. It is ideal for outdoor applications where lifting facilities are provided without the cost of a building or any supporting steelwork. They are also suited to indoor applications where existing building structures are not suitable to take overhead cranes, and where additional supporting steelwork would result in a loss of floor area. Goliath-Cranes can be constructed with a cantilever to allow handling outside the rail centres. Typical applications for this type of crane include steel stock yards, loading areas, the concrete industry and ship building.
