Single head eight station turret type rotary lami or plastic tube filling sealing and coding machine manufactured by amson engineering model no. Aets01100, which can fill and seal tubes up to 100gms. Output can be up to 40 tubes per minute maximum. This machine can perform operations like, tube filling, hot air assisted heating of tube ends, pneumatic assisted sealing, batch coding, trimming of unwanted sealed end, and automatic ejection of finished tubes. Tube placing is manual and all other operations are automatic.this machine is compact and comes with parts like, heavy duty frame structure manufactured with stainless steel pipe sections fabricated and top plate stainless steel cladded, complete machine frame is covered by stainless steel sheet metal mat finished, rotary 8 station aluminium turret, 12 hp 3 phase induction motor and worm gearbox, grooved cam indexer, drive attached with control, 22 liter capacity ss hopper- 16 gauge, ss filling piston barrel for materials such as fairness creams, pain balms, toothpaste, shampoo, cream, gel, etc., with a maximum fill capacity from 20gms up to 200 gms. We are offering manual perfume bottle crimper latest model. Machine type is manual hand operated . This model is aepbc1520. The complete body is made from mild steel material and cast iron. All the parts are finished with chrome plating to get gmp look. There are 3 parts in this unit; base, pillar and crimping head. The base holds the pillar and crimp head. The base plate is 6 x 9 and 12mm thk mild steel plate with 4 mounting hols provided on it for table mounting facility for customer. There is a pillar housing at the back side of the base plate which holds the support pillar for head. The crimping head is the main part in this unit which contains a gear arrangement, crimping mechanism with spring return motion and an operating lever at right side.This machine is very simple to operate. Bottle with pump, to be crimped has to be placed under the crimping head on the base where a bottle locator is provided. This is adjustable 2 piece part. Any size or shape can be hold with this arrangement. a hand operating lever is given at right side of the head. The head can also move up or down on the pillar and can lock at any height as per bottle height difference. the setting of crimping head as per bottle is made very easy. When the bottle with pump placed below the head, the head has to be loosened and brought down to rest over the bottle with pump. Now, slowly press the hand lever until the top spring cover is touched over the head. Stop the lever movement and tighten the locking screw of head there. The machine is set for the particular size and shape bottle.The bottle when placed below the head at location, the only operation done is to press the lever downwards slowly so that the bottle and pump gets clamped and then it will crimped very perfect.

This machines are useful where small and medium scale production is required. This machine is very helpful for beginners who do not want to invest more in machines. The main use of this models are there is no need of electricity required to operate these machines.After so many years of experience in machine building, we at amson engineering produced so many quality machines only. We received so many different customer feedbacks from world-wide and we always tried to search solution for our customers continuously. We understood from our customer feedback that they want easiest way for crimping perfume glass bottles which reduce cycle time and customer labour. So, we decided to design a unique design where the operator can set and operate the machine very easily. The previous models were having 2 different operations for bottle clamping and crimping such as spring loaded platform at bottom side separately for bottle holding and top side lever to crimp. But, in our new design, the clamping and crimping are done in one stroke of hand lever when operated from once from top to bottom. The bottle with pump is to be placed at base plate in adjustable location. Clamping and crimping are done in one single stroke of hand operated lever. The lever position is also changed from top to side of machine to enhance the operation. The sealingcrimping quality also increased due to gear action of crimp head. That means the strength to operate reduced by 50% of that of previous model. The machine is compact and easy to carry anywhere. The weight is reduced by 25% from the old model, this in turn will reduce the packing charges and so the air freight costs.
