Manual Perfume Bottle Crimper

We are offering manual perfume bottle crimper latest model. Machine type is manual hand operated . This model is aepbc1520. The complete body is made from mild steel material and cast iron. All the parts are finished with chrome plating to get gmp look. There are 3 parts in this unit; base, pillar and crimping head. The base holds the pillar and crimp head. The base plate is 6” x 9” and 12mm thk mild steel plate with 4 mounting hols provided on it for table mounting facility for customer. There is a pillar housing at the back side of the base plate which holds the support pillar for head. The crimping head is the main part in this unit which contains a gear arrangement, crimping mechanism with spring return motion and an operating lever at right side.
This machine is very simple to operate. Bottle with pump, to be crimped has to be placed under the crimping head on the base where a bottle locator is provided. This is adjustable 2 piece part. Any size or shape can be hold with this arrangement. a hand operating lever is given at right side of the head. The head can also move up or down on the pillar and can lock at any height as per bottle height difference.
the setting of crimping head as per bottle is made very easy. When the bottle with pump placed below the head, the head has to be loosened and brought down to rest over the bottle with pump. Now, slowly press the hand lever until the top spring cover is touched over the head. Stop the lever movement and tighten the locking screw of head there. The machine is set for the particular size and shape bottle.
The bottle when placed below the head at location, the only operation done is to press the lever downwards slowly so that the bottle and pump gets clamped and then it will crimped very perfect.
