The Cylinder Liners have a high profile plateau Honing and Cylindrical Grinding to counterpart geometrical parameters. The Cylinder Liners are manufactured with BS4K6 material with chromium and nickel elements.

Superior quality Valve Seats can be availed from us. The manufacturing is completely in-house and the dimensional inspections of the Valve Seats are undertaken. The seat grinding clearance is maintained at 15 microns and face parallelism at 7 microns. Complete in-house manufacturing and dimensional inspection is also carried out for the Valve Seats. The Valve seatcan be developed as per clients requirements.
