The machine is compact, easy to operate and maintain. The photoelectric scanner at the filling station counts the pre-determined quantity of the capsulestablets and stops automatically until the next container is placed at the filling station. The machine is incorporated with two filling nozzles for continuous counting and filling.

The Unfilled Capsule Sorter separates the empty capsules, loose caps and loose bodies from the lot of good quality capsules with the help of a blower. These capsules are then conveyed to a collection chamber.

The Filled Capsule Sorter ensures that good quality capsules are received at the end of the line. It sorts out the telescopic diametrically damaged capsules by making them pass through a rotating drum having plates with holes of the corresponding capsule size before the capsules are conveyed to the unfilled capsule sorter.

The Capsule Polishing machine consists of a spiral brush with teflon net, deduster with vacuum blower and powder collection chamber. The filled capsules are passed through the brush, which removes the powder from the capsule surface. The loose powder is sucked by the vacuum blower to be collected in the powder collection chamber.

The Online Capsule Sampling and Weighing System consists of a weighing balance, a pneumatic cylinder and a vibrator with PLC control. The system weighs a batch of 20 capsules and individual capsules separately. If the weight is not in the acceptable range, the machine stops and a message is displayed on the HMI.
