Paper Making Felts

Annapurna has there are three layer types of felts:

Single layer bom Felt: Single layer BOM is made of single layer base fabric layer and fiber layer. The base fabric layer is weaved by piled nylon monofilament. The stitch structure will be designed according to the different paper machines, different parts, different kinds of paper. The fiber layer is paved layering by different coarse fiber.

Effective to eliminate grain mark and other mark

Double Layer Bom Felt: Double layer BOM include 1+1 complex structure double BOM and double warp structure BOM. 1+1 comlex structure double BOM is superimposed by two kinds of base cloth. According to paper kind, we will change the thickness of base cloth.

Three LAYERS bom Felt: Three Layers BOM felt include1+1+1 complex structure BOM and 2+2+2 complex structure BOM. The felts are applicable o the pressure above of 200Kg/cm. According to paper machine and paper kind, we will changethe thickness of base cloth.
