The incoming paper is wetted to a consistency of 4-8% with water & chemicals in the first part. The high consistency defiberizing zon, which operates as a plug flow reactor, due to slight inclination of the drum the furnish moves slowly to wards the reject end while the drum is rotating. The parented transfer scoop at the end of high consistency zone assures a constant retention in the drum regardless of the feed rate.

As all the paper mills are using paper making fabrics such as forming fabrics and press felts, the dewatering efficiency of the fabrics depends on their cleanliness conditions. To maintain the dewatering efficiency of the felts, it is necessary to install an efficient shower cleaning system that provides a better cleaning of the fabrics enabling to reduce maintenance time. To reduce maintenance efforts on the paper machines, micro level oscillators are installed.

• Shower headers for low pressure are in SS304, SS316 Lranging from 3to30bars.
• The ruby tips high pressure needle jet nozzles are in SS 304, SS316, with 0.6-0.8mm
• Edge cutter nozzles are in gatewood type with nozzels dia from 0.3mm onwards.
• The nozzles have stainless steel bodies and low friction precision ruby tips.
• Orifices are available in large range of sizes as per requirement.
