We offer Mace Flakes which are long, smooth, irregular, translucent, and about 25 mm long. Moreover, these Mace Flakes can be brittle or flexible, and exude orange colored oil when pressed or scratched. Mace Flakes are particularly used as condiments though their medicinal properties resemble those of nutmeg. Mace Flakes impart a bright orange, saffron - like hue, because of which, it is used in light dishes. Like nutmeg, Mace Flakes also improves digestion.
