Features :

Optional unit to enable the user to convert quickly Rotary Milling to using Indexing Plates.
The dividing plate set consist of 2 indexing plates, a sector & a handle with plunger.
The dividing plate set consist of 2 indexing plates, a sector & a handle with plunger.
Using this dividing plate set the indexing of 2 to 60 divisions can be attained quickly and accurately.

Application :

APEX ROTARY TABLES have a sturdy design to suit many achining operations on Milling Machines including circular cutting, setting angles and indexing. They are available in a range of sizes to suit various machines and machining applications.

The table and base is manufactured from close grain shock resisting Cast Iron dully stress relieved
Worm & center table bush made of selected steel.

Inspection :

Direct reading to 2 minute for size 6", 8" and 10" on handwheel scale.
Direct reading to 1 minute for size 12", 15", 18" and 20" onhand wheel scale.
ACCURACY:- Maximum error 4 minutes of circulardivision using hand wheels.
Table flat to within 0.01 mm / 100 mm.
Working surface rotates in its own plane to within 0.030mm.
Horizontal and Vertical supporting surface square with0.01mm/100 mm.
Centre bush bore is true to table axis within 0.03 mm.
Maximum parallelism error through 360 rotation of tableis .025 mm .
