The powered roller conveyors use double sprockets driven by chain loops for transfer of loads. For medium and light loads drum rollers (motorized drive rollers), line shaft rollers and band driven rollers are also used. The chain sprocket driven roller conveyors provide positive slip free drive to the load for heavy applications. The roller shell diameter and shaft diameter are designed based on the conveying load and speed. All rollers are fixed with double sealed greased bearings which are maintenance free and sealed for life providing years of efficient and reliable service life.
