Pharmaceutical Ribbon Blender is a high-precision mixing solution engineered specifically to meet the stringent hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Featuring a U-shaped horizontal stainless-steel trough and a specially designed dual-directional ribbon agitator, it ensures gentle yet thorough blending of fine powders, granules, and bulk drugs. The inner and outer ribbons move materials in opposite directions, achieving uniform mixing without heat generation or particle degradation—critical for maintaining product integrity. All contact parts are crafted in SS316 (or SS304 as required), with mirror polish finishes for easy cleaning and contamination-free operation. It includes a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for blending speed control, forward and reverse blade motion, and complete drum tilting for efficient material discharge and cleaning. Ideal for mixing APIs, excipients, nutraceuticals, and pre-formulations, the blender supports batch mixing up to 50% of its total capacity in litres, e.g., 800L can process 350–400 kg per batch.
