Plywood is BWP grade plywood treated with preservatives mainly used for concrete purpose. Manufactured with select hardwood, it withstands the loads and forces encountered during the pouring of concrete and vibrations. It is the result of continuous experiments undertaken at our modern laboratories to meet the growing demand from the construction industry for highly durable concrete shuttering plywood. Archidply Shuttering Plywood is manufactured in accordance with the rigid standards specified by The Indian Navy WI.

A modern German procedure called Wind-Sifting, coupled by the use of only eucalyptus timber, has given our product a high degree of homogeneity, structural strength and resistance to all kinds of wood destroying parasites. Selected chips, segregated by Italian Pessa Refiner, are of precise dimensions and are compressed under a controlled temperature and pressure to retain the balance of the board; resulting in superb dimensional stability and superior machinability.

Archidply mr grade blockboard is manufactured from the combination of select seasoned, durable hardwood, timber battens, veneers and adhesives. These are bonded with urea formaldehyde resin under high pressure and temperature.

Archidply Teak block boards are manufactured by laying high thickness teak veneers on MR & BWR Block board

Archidply flush doors are manufactured from a composite construction of Sold Timber components which consist of a block board core of wood strips laid edge to edge and bonded with cross bands with the latest technology.

Archidply Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a type of hardboard, which is made from wood fibers glued under heat and pressure. It is used instead of plywood or chipboard. It is dense, flat, stiff, has no knots and is easily machined.

Archidply brings to you, Lamyply & Lamyboard, your ready to use solutions. Your work will now take lesser time & will be cost effective so you can meet your deadlines. Lamyply is a combination of BWR Grade Plywood and decorative laminates. BWR Grade plywood is made out of chemically impregnated hardwood timber and international glue line technology ensuring the product is 100% borer-proof. In-house manufactured decorative laminates are then pressed upon the BWR Grade plywood at 140 temperature, 14kg/cm2 specific pressure for 12-14 minutes. Impregnated tissue paper is used in between decorative laminates and BWR plywood for better bonding. The resultant lamiply has 50% more strength than the normal plywood strength. Similarly, Lamyboard is manufactured by pressing decorative laminate on blockboard.

The BWR Grade plywood, BWP blockboard and decorative laminate are manufactured under strict quality standards as prescribed in the ISI framework.
