Our Vendors Processing Infrastructure operates a BRC A grade certified spice processing unit with below capabilities.

Pre-cleaning of whole spices- The facility can clean a multitude of seed spices and we have a fully integrated pre cleaning line for chillies with a unique de stoning system that ensures 100% stone free processed chillies.

Grinding/crushing to required particle size

Steam sterilisation – The steriliser incorporating European technology enables to deliver microbial control without impacting colour and volatile oils in spices. The sterilised product is packed in a clean room with filtered air and positive air pressure.

Blending line - The blender enables to ensure consistency across processing batches.

Our vendor’s production technology is sourced from renowned manufacturers from the world. The process involves preparation, cooking, filling, sealing & then sterilizing of food products in retort packs.

The retort machine is made using stainless steel AISI 304 L & confirms to heat penetration & thermal validation tests. The retort technology keeps food safe, fresh & flavourful without refrigeration or preservatives for an extended shelf life.

Our retort technology allows maximum possible retention of nutrients & taste without using any preservatives.
