Arth Group of Companies is a technology-driven enterprise comprising a Hydrometallurgical Unit (Arth Metallurgicals Pvt. Ltd.) and a Pyrometallurgical Unit (Ashtadhatu Ferro Metals Pvt. Ltd.), working in concert to deliver end-to-end, specification-grade metal-recovery solutions. Since 2011, Arth has focused on converting complex industrial streams—refinery catalysts, petroleum residues, petrochemical waste, copper-smelting by-products—into reliable products via disciplined mass-balance closure, impurity control, and QA/QC. Our gated scale-up pathway (bench 1–5 kg/batch → pilot 1–5 mt/day → commercial modules) is governed by design-of-experiments, process control envelopes, and statistical process control, within ISO 9001:2015 and CPCB-aligned EHS frameworks. In 2022, Arth commenced a vanadium program with Reliance Industries Pvt. Ltd., commissioning in 2025 a TRL-7/8 pilot that processed 3–5 t/day petroleum ash to produce ≥98.5% V₂O₅ at ~90% overall recovery with stable Na/S/Cl control; a 300–500 t/month commercial module is engineered (feed-dependent). Arth authored India’s first Standard Operating Procedure (2013) for vanadium-sludge recovery and collaborates with CMDC to refine Ta/Nb and allied recoveries. With active R&D spanning 18 critical minerals, Arth bridges scientific research and industrial application to advance India’s self-reliance and circular-economy goals.
