Details :

• A standard AFFS mechanical machine to pack viscous liquids in pouches
• Control of the total cycle operation is done by PLC
• Control of jaw movement driven by helical gear motor is done by V.F.D for horizontal & vertical sealing assemblies
• Individual clutch & brake mechanism mounted directly on niproller shaft enables us to get accurate pouch length.
• Injection of oil is by positive displacement gear pump, which is controlled by separate V.F.D speed, further controlled by Potentiometer fixed to the front control panel for setting quantity enables us to get accurate weight.

• Machine body and all contact parts are of S.S 304 Construction
• Provision of Photocell control unit with ON Delay/OFF Delay Timer helps in easy adjustment of Pouch length
• Simple mechanical Design with less mechanical linkages resulting in less wear & tear and thereby reducing maintenance cost
