Interior 304 MattBuff finish & Exterior 304 SS Matt finish in GMP MODEL. Two 316304 SS valve-one for evacuuming and other for pergingflushing. Vacuum levels are controlled between 1 and 30Hg. Food grade silicon door gasket and highly alingned sturdy door fitting. Perforated SS buffed trays for round models. Smooth edges non perforated trays for Rectangular Models. Automatic autotuning Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT 100 sensor.
