Pressed Metal Door Frames 46 mm thick steel Check door of 60120minutes Fire rating confirming to BS ;476Part-22and IS : 3614 Part-II Fabricated with2 nos 20 SWG galvanized steel sheetsandwiching with proprietary fire resistantinsulation materials in-between. The door framesare manufactured from 16SWG galvanized steelsheet pressed form to double rebate profileof size 143mm x 57mm. The door frame anddoor shutter are fitted with SS BALL BEARINGHINGES (100X75X3MM) and are coated withone coat of fire and corrosion resistant primer.Also available with a finish of Paint finish orPowder quoted finish (optional).
