Forged Steel Pipe Fittings are Hot Galvanized as per IS: 4736 1986, IS 1239 (Part 2) 1992 derived from BS 1740 : 1965 and IS 4712 - 1984 derived from ANSI B 16. 11-1973. Specifications

  • IS:1239 (Part 2) 1992 for Forged Steel Pipe Fittings with Threaded End ConnectionsThe finest quality of steel is used for Forged Steel Pipe Fittings to achieve tensile strength of 320 N /mm². The threads of these fittings comply with the requirements of IS - 554 : 1985.We also offer Forged Steel Pipe Fittings with NPT Thread connections. The Forged Steel Pipe Fittings are thoroughly checked with calibrated Thread Gauges and are leak tested at 1000 PSIG hyd.
  • IS : 1745 - 1984 for Forged Steel Pipe Fittings with Socket Welding End ConnectionsThe Forged Steel Pipe Fittings with Socket Welding End Connections are made of stainless steel of 485 N/mm² tensile strength. The Forged Steel Pipe Fittings are checked using calibrated Plug Gauges and are leak tested at 3000 PSIG hyd.
