HDPE Pipe

We offer a complete product range of HDPE Pipe and Plb HDPE Pipes

Hdpe Pipe

  • Leak free These pipes are normally joined by heat fusion. This method of joining makes it virtually leak free.
  • Chemical, Abrasion and Corrosion resistant HDPE Pipes have outstanding corrosion resistance and do not need cathodic protection or expensive maintenance. All in all these pipes are unaffected by fungi, bacteria and the most harmful natural occurring soils.
  • They have excellent flow characteristics because these pipes are smoother than cast iron, steel, concrete or ductile iron, hence a smaller HDPE pipe can carry an equivalent volumetric flow rate at the same pressure.
  • Extremely lightweight and flexible HDPE pipes are produced in coils or in straight lengths and are made from one-eighth the density of steel and does not need the use of heavy lifting gear for installation. It can easily be installed in continuous lengths without additional couplings or we
  • Toughness and ductility These pipes are extremely resilient, tough and resistant to damage caused by vibrations, pressure surges and external loads. These pipes are tolerant to bending and handling
  • Non-Hazardous These pipes have the property of being inert and non-toxic which makes them non-hazardous. HDPE pipes can be used for the transmission of filtered water.
  •  APPLICATION Irrigation and Agriculture, Water Supply, Industrial and Sewage Effluent Disposal, Ducting, Electrical Installations, Drainage Pipes

Plb HDPE Pipes

With advances in technology in modern day Telecommunications, over a period of time, it became very important to upgrade the HDPE pipes to be used particularly for Telecom applications. The Optical Fibre Cables used for Telecommunications being very delicate and sensitive, it became necessary to modify the HDPE Pipes to be used as conduits for optical fibre cables. This led to the development of Permanently Lubricated (PLB) HDPE Telecom Ducts. The inner layer of ducts is duly silicon coated which minimizes the friction between OFC and the duct during the process of blowing the cable into the ducts, thus providing smooth installation of OFC in the duct without damaging the cable fibres.
