| Pulverizing process | - To obtain coarse-medium fine powder with only two stage pulverizing operation using suitable size of screen.
- To obtain still fine powder to meet specific market demand, second stage operation is undertaken in Micro Pulverizer of Impact Air-Swept mill.
- Normally for low capacity model a Dust Collector is not necessary. In some application, dust collectors may not be required if the materials to be ground does not generate very fine dust.
- However, the requirement of dust collector depends upon the materials to be pulverized. The standard and higher capacity models are generally used with dust collector where fine dust particles are separated from air.
- Increase in Horse Power (H.P.) would further enhance the capacity.
