The Blastcrete Model D3522 Attachment is our solution for hot epoxy grouting contractors that currently own hydraulic power units. Simply couple the D3522 Attachment to your hydraulic power and this pump offers variable speed pumping from 0-6 cubic yards per hour and delivers up to 400 PSI pumping pressure. These are the most simple and safe epoxy pumps on the market to maintain and operate. Since no epoxy material comes in contact with the moving parts of the pump, you will be pleased with the life of this machine.
The Blastcrete Model MX-20CM mixer/pump has been designed to revolutionize refractory placement. This machine can be used for both small refractory installations of 2-3 tons per hour as well as high volume installations of up to 25 tons per hour. The machine features a compact two-stage high-shear primary continuous mixer where the material is hydrated, and a medium shear secondary mixer that is mounted in the receiving hopper of the 4 in. high pressure swing tube pump. While the discharge pressure of the 4 in. pump is an industry leader, the hydraulic pressure to operate the pump is much lower because of oversized differential cylinders. The popular and proven swing out receiving hopper is also a feature of the new pump making it much easier to clean and service. Dust generated in charging the continuous mixer is all but eliminated, and the clean up of the continuous mixer is much quicker and generates very little waste. The efficiency of the two stage mixer and pump with oversized differential allow for the machine to require only 100 H.P. which lowers fuel consumption by 50% when compared to competitive machines. The towing weight of the machine is only 7, 500 pounds.
The Blastcrete Model H 020 is our simple hydraulic rotary gunite machine attachment that is variable speed from 0-5 cubic yards per hour. This machine is equipped with the proven Genuine Piccola single point clamping system and offers precise material output control. The hydraulic requirement is 10 GPM @ 1500 PSI and is universal with any hydraulic power unit with this capacity. Since this is a hydraulic machine, the air requirement is only 225 CFM.
The ChemGrout CG-500/031 High-Capacity Geothermal Series has been designed specifically for grouting geothermal loops. These skid mounted grout plants efficiently mix and pump the high ratio sand/bentonite materials specified by loop designers. The CG-500/031 feature two 70-gallon (265 liters) mixing tanks, a large 45-gallon (170 liter) holding hopper and rugged single-acting 3" piston grout pump. Each mixing tank is equipped with baffles, bag breaker and a variable speed high-efficiency paddle mixer that provides rapid grout mixing. Tank outlets are large slide gates that allow viscous grouting materials to flow quickly into the removable holding hopper. The dual mix tanks alternately feed this large holding hopper providing continuous pumping rates up to 16 gpm. The grout pump is a 3" positive displacement, single acting piston pump that disassembles with only a hammer for fast and thorough cleaning. The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest conditions on the job site. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.
The ChemGrout CG-502 unit is designed for maximum efficiency by allowing simultaneous operation of mixing and pumping with spraying options. It features an open throat size 4 progressive cavity non-pulsating positive displacement rotor-stator pump which gives steady and continuous flow of material. The CG-502 also comes with a single acting variable speed 030 piston pump for higher output. This grout pump handles a wide variety of materials ranging from fluid slurries, to heavily sanded grouts, with simple operation and low maintenance costs. Power options include air, hydraulic, electric hydraulic, gas hydraulic and diesel hydraulic.
The ChemGrout model CG-542 is a skid mounted air powered grout plant. The unit is specially designed with a low profile for grouting rock bolts and cable stays in tight quarters such as tunnels and mines. This system is designed to provide a mixing and pumping continuous operation. This unit features two 22-gallon mixing tanks, a 10-gallon holding hopper and a progressing cavity grout pump. The mixing tanks are equipped with baffles, bag breakers and variable speed high-efficiency paddles that provide rapid mixing. The tank outlet valves are large slide gates that allow the thickest materials to fall easily into the pump hopper. The holding hopper is equipped with an auger to keep the material thoroughly mixed while waiting to be pumped and in connected directly to the suction of the grout to provide a continuous pumping operation. The grout pump is available in either a 6 stage, size 3, positive displacement, progressing cavity, rotor-stator type that will deliver 3.5 GPM, 522 PSI, or a 3 stage, size 4, positive displacement, progressing cavity, rotor-stator type that will deliver 5 GPM, 261 PSI. The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest conditions on the job site. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production. All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning and maintenance.
