The most commonly used material is nylon film, which is known for its excellent physical properties such as high temperature resistance, toughness, good flexibility, high elongation and very less permeability. Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film can also be used for high temperature application if some more polymers are added. A range of film options are also available based on different requirements like temperature and other physical parameter. Also, the caprolactam level of less than 1 % makes it an ideal choice for most vacuum bagging applications.
