Manifold mounting Flow Control Valves designed for special fitting arrangement for convenience and space savings. Flow control valves are widely used range in industries and as named they are applied in controlling of flow. This range is available in high pressure rating and through knob rotation we can control the flow of media as per required. On knob, we have label to indicate the flow and hence accuracy of flow can be achieved. Locking system is arranged to lock the valve so no auto tuning is occurred. As named this valves are manufactured with facility of inbuilt check valve. This eliminates the possibility of back pressure.

As named these valves has application of creating flow in one direction. While if the flow is in reverse direction the valve does not allow the flow. They are also known as Check Valves. In hydraulic field high pressure NRV is very essential. This has benefit by elimination of back pressure. These are manufactured from single bar stock to avoid failure of valves.

This has function of controlling flow by controlling of opening of needle. This can be achieved by rotation of knob / handle. Due to high accuracy not required the handle has no markings on it. For accuracy of flow we suggest to use flow control valve.
