The Lead Recycling Plant offered by us carries out two operations related to the recycling process of lead acid battery scrap. These operations are Smelting and Refining. We supply Rotary type furnaces for smelting of Lead acid Battery scrap. We have successfully manufactured and supplied Rotary furnaces from batch size 2MT to 10MT. Similarly, for refining and Alloying of Lead of purity 99.97% and Battery grade alloys, we supply refining and alloying pots from batch size 10MT to 50MT. For higher capacity Lead Recycling Plant, we recommend Ingot Casting machine common for 2 or 3 refining pots. In addition to the Air Pollution control system, all Rotary furnaces and refining pots are supplied with fugitive emission control system to maintain the working environment clean and free from dust particles.
