The high level of purity and the very low presence of contaminants like Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, etc. has made it a favourable raw material for the manufacture of other Zinc based chemicals also. We are the only manufacturer of Zinc Oxide- White Seal (Pure Grade) in Kerala, for over 2 Decades.

We are procuring special high grade Zinc ingots and converting into Zinc Oxide by the most modern process.

Zinc Oxide P999 is a Platinum Grade Zinc Oxide used in the pharmaceutical industry and also in the latex industry for sensitive products like condoms, gloves, catheters etc.

Zinc Oxide P999 is manufactured from Zinc and hence very low in contaminants like Pb, Fe, Cd etc. These contaminants usually discolours the product and also manifest as dark coloured specks on the product.

The product is manufactured using most modern technology. Due to the extra purity it is possible to reduce the dosage in compounding, which other than reducing the cost also reduces the ZnO thickening effect.

RubberandWax Crayonsare made at our factory. They are economical, clean, and easy to use. Each type is specifically formulated to produce a clear, bright mark on the given surface. These are specifiacally designed to mark dark rubber surfaces and since they do not affect adhesion, are safe also for inside applications in tyre manufacture (eg: ply marking).

The colors are light and the wax formula is soft so the mark is clear and bright and can also used for mark Polystyrene, Metal, Stone, and Masonry, as well as smooth surfaces like glass, tiles etc.

Asso Multilube is a special, finely dispersed formulation of water based mould release for rubber molding application. It offers excellent release and slip properties and is resistant to mechanical stress. Its wetting and spreading properties are excellent.

• Mold surface must be thoroughly cleaned and dried. All traces of prior release must be removed.
• Preheated the mold to 60oC-80oC and apply Asso Multilube using sprayer and wait few seconds for drying. When properly applied to preheated surface this water based product chemically bonds to the mold surface to form a thin inert thermally stable coating, if the surface is found to be more sticky, then apply Asso Multilube little more on that particular surface for better release.

Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 10-50oC, away from direct heat, sunlight, dust and moisture. Protect from frost. Containers once opened should be shut tightly to prevent contamination. Stocks should be used on first in, first out basis.
