Applied Satellite Engineering (ASE)s Citadel ComCenter-II Outdoor System was designed to enable secure voice, SMS data, and GPS position communications when an emergency situation arises at sea, such as being threatened by an external attack (piracy, terrorist act, political unrest) or an untenable scenario on-board.

Transmitted via the reliable global Iridium satellite network, once trained mariners initiate communications, they can be assured critical emergency messages & details will be sent via the ComCenter-II and received by pre-designated parties for notification and rescue assistance.

The slimline, low-profile ComCenter II Outdoor Antenna (ADE) is specifically installed to be obscured from view in hidden areas such as the vessels funnel, thus minimizing antenna visibility and communications are less likely to be thwarted.

Jotrons Phontech BTS4000 Batteryless Phone System an emergency telephone system that does not require any external power supply. All energy required for 4-6 minutes of continuous operation is produced by the call generator.

The system is equipped with a sophisticated, extremely low power amplifier with high power and low distortion output. The amplifier is integrated in one of the telephone units to reduce the installation cabling. The system may also be connected to 24 VDC power supply to ensure continuous operation under normal conditions. The system automatically switches to batteryless and emergency operation in case of mains failure.

The BTS4000 System is based on three types of units; 4050-single line (direct call), 4060-12 lines version and 4040-24 lines version. All configurations needs one master telephone with a built-in amplifier, either 4051-single line or 4060-12 line version. For the 24 lines version a separate speech amplifier type 4000 is needed.

The CIS 3100 is Jotrons Phontech Command Intercom System which is specifically designed to provide communication links onboard ships and boats.

The new design is very compact, and the performance is enhanced by use of microprocessor techniques.

The CIS 3100 System consists of a line of 3 different master stations: type 3100 (5 ext.), 3101 (10 ext.) and 3102 (20 ext.), together with various quantities of substations from the 9000-series.

The new compact design is according to DIN 144 standard sizes, harmonizing with our other models for console mounting. The front is a black touch key panel, with integrated operator switches, indicator LEDs, loudspeaker, microphone and volume control. The operation is simplex, controlled by the master station with priority.

These new master stations are electrically compatible with previous Phontech models 3000/3001/3002.
