The company is located in the city of Pune, which is well connected with “Textile industry in Maharashtra,Gujrat & Punjab etc international standard Textile Mills producing world-class quality Fabrics. Thus, the raw material procurement is quite easy and in abundance. Plant & Machinery. The unit is equipped with latest, modern and State of the art machineries and equipments to produce superior quality products in accordance with international standards. The unit has a built up area of 5000 sq.ft. We have installed the latest C.F. Italia machine for making Set on Placket T-Shirt. The entire knits plant has machines from Brother, Juki, and Kansai from Japan & Puaff from Germany to give a consistence quality product. Production Capacity. The unit has a production capacity of 20,000 To 25,000 pieces per month with the workforce of 90 workers and has in house manufacturing facilities right from cutting of fabrics to finishing and pack to order. Knitted Products: • T Shirt, Singlets, Tops • Track Pants, Shorts • Lycra Shorts, Lycra Full Tights etc. Fabric Used: All kinds of Knitted fabrics viz., Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Terry, Fleece and jacquard structured fabrics manufactured in 100% Cotton Combed, Polyester, Poly-Cotton & Lycra yarns of different counts & their combinations. Fabric Finish: Bio Finish, Mercerising, Brushing, Sueding etc. B. Woven Products: • Shorts, 3/4th Shorts • Track Pants Fabric Used: Twills, Tussar, Poplin, Print Poplin, Gabardine, P.C.
