Vegetables and Fruits can be dried under high vacuum aand after dryimg , the dried materials are packed under vacuum or under Nitrogen. The dried products are
marketted well during the non season .Capacities are 10 ltrs to 2000 litres. MOC is SS 304 or 316. Heating mode hot water in the jacket.
Applications: Drying, onion, garlic, various vegetables fruits converting various juices of the fruits , vegetables into powder, packed in Nitrogen/vacuum

Vacuum Freez Driers are manufactured by us in the range of 5 Ltrs to 1000 litres.
Very suitable for drying, foods fruits, vegetables sea food etc at low temperature without having any loss of flavour. The freez dried materials are packed under vacuum or dry Nitrogen for long preservation.
