Temperature sensitive liquid crystals :

• The thermometer consists of a laminated plastic band with a number of temperature sensitive liquid crystals, each in a field with the corresponding temperature ( ^oC) printed.
• When activated by the ambient temperature the liquid crystals will reflect the light and show colours from tan to blue within a range of approximately 2 ^oC for each crystal.

Extremely versatile : RT-600 is water and soil resistant with covered push buttons for On/Off, C/ F and minimum and maximum indication. There is a hole for hanging and a protective cover with a pocket slip. The cover may be used for stirring or may serve as an extra long handle.
