M seal steel putty is a two component, easy to use epoxy putty. It sets at room temperature. It is available in the form of co-extruded and co-centric sticks. It is used as a sealant to join various ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. It sets into a hard mass that can be machined, drilled, and painted.

- Manifolds

- Seal leakages in tanks, radiators, furnaces, pipes, air ducts
- Fill cracks in engine blocks, heads, throttle housings, rebuilds stripped bolt-holes
- Renew surfaces damaged by corrosion and abrasion
Usage Directions:
- Cut required amount of putty, knead with fingers till material is uniform in color
- Clean and roughen the surfaces to be joined, mended
- Apply putty, force into gaps wherever necessary
- Smoothen the putty with wet fingers.
- Putty will harden after about 15 minutes (at 27+- 2C)
- Once cured it can be drilled or sanded
- Replace unused quantity in wrapper and canister
- Store in a cool, dry place
Cautions:
- Do not use on areas that come in direct contact with food, drink, flame or high temperature
- May cause skin or eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed
- Keep out of Reach of Children
- Actual setting time may vary depending on temperature and surface conditions
Safety and First Aid:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap after use
- Use eye and respiratory protection equipment, in case material is drilled or sanded
- In case of accidental eye contact, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
- In case of internal consumption seek medical attention immediately
