All the features of the horizontal cleaner are designed by us for the ultimate efficiency and right performance. The inlet is so designed that the full width distribution of seed cotton is done. In our horizontal pre cleaner we have got individual grid bar screens for the gentle trash removal.    

Without changing/Disturbing fiber attributes we convey raw cotton/lint from one place to another pneumatically. For Raw cotton conveying there are different systems such as, conveying of R.C. from heap to prectaner or upto House & Droppings is done automatically with the help of pneumatically operate dropper boxes the dropper box is again an indigenous design & having no wiping roll, hence there is no chance of formation of neps.    

We provide pneumatic lint conveying system for press feeding purpose. The system can convey lint from Lint Halls/ m/c to directly press m/c/ press H. We have supplied this type of system to all type  of presses (Automatic&  Manual)&  to nearly all press   manufacturers.
